Building and Keeping Trust: Relationship Fundamentals

Trust is often seen as the most important part of a relationship, even more than love. A relationship without trust can be challenging, ineffective, and can have a lot of uncertainty and fear involved. Often times partners wonder if they can repair broken trust totally or if the relationship is damaged beyond repair when trust is broken.

This workshop is designed to help participants answer some of the hardest questions about trust including what to do when it is broken and how to move forward after infidelity. Participants will understand what to do if they are the violator of trust and steps to regain it. Participants will gain empathic insight into what causes breaches of trust while learning how to communicate about such betrayals.
